How do you determine a price for cleaning?
We offer affordable, top quality cleaning services. We develop a cleaning plan customized to your needs. The cost is based on an hourly rate then factored in is the size of your space, condition of the space and what you need cleaned.
I have a pet. Is that a problem?
We are a pet-friendly business. However, if your pet is aggressive in any way, it is best to leave your pet outside or in a gated area. Please let us know how you feel it is best to clean around your pet.
How do I pay for the services?
Payment is due on the day of service. Most leave a check or cash on the kitchen counter, or we do accept credit card payments.
Do you use my cleaning supplies or equipment?
Based on our experience, we supply the best products and equipment and take them with us when we leave. If you have a certain cleaner or equipment you prefer we use, we will use it if you have it set out for us.
How often can you come to clean?
We provide cleaning services bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time cleanings such as special events, holiday cleaning, move-in-out cleaning etc. It is totally up to you. You can update or change your cleaning plan based on your schedule, budget, and cleaning needs.
Can I leave a list of things that are most important for you to get cleaned?
We will go over everything with you when you give your initial quote. If you have any changes, please contact us so we can update your file.
My business can only be cleaned in the evening. Is that ok?
Yes. We have evening cleaning hours for your convenience.
What areas do you service?
We are located in Youngstown, OH and also service Boardman, Poland, Canfield, Columbiana, Austintown, Warren, Niles, and Girard along with areas in Pennsylvania.
